broke at the first trip

bought this for an international trip, and the zipper was opened/broke right at the baggage pick up. figured to close the zipper again but not sure if it will happen again. wonder if the warranty would do anything about this.

LATE DELIVERY

wrong color ordered yellow received dark blue like 500,000 other blue bags(wanted bright color to distinguish quickly at baggage claim) In addition paid $20 express delivery fee w/plenty of time but was delivered late and I had to use shopping bags to travel. Please reimburse delivery fee
