Good coffee machine when it's working.
After 1 year the frother steamer stopped working, even though we cleaned and descale every 2 weeks.

Barista pro
Bought this a month ago, I haven’t used it a lot, but I’m still trying to dial it in. It’s more hands-on than the other machines which have more automatic features, but this is what we were gone for. Honestly, you need to dedicate the time to get to know the machine. There are a lot of nuances. Using it more and more my husband loves having his espresso. That is worth an alone. Would recommend if you are interested in the more hands on experience.

Paint?
So far a very good espresso. Only problem i had was, while taking of the packaging tape it pulled off some of the paint. Very little bit but when spending that kind of momey on a espresso i would expect that. Also looks like it will chip more if i dont take care of the chip in it

Second one has broken in less than two years.
This is now my second Breville Pro Espresso machine. I take amazing care of it and clean it, descale, etc. However, out of nowhere it stopped pumping water and there is no fix. VERY disappointed in the lack of quality especially for the high cost.

WARNING: Buying from Bloomingdale's is a Joke!
Buying from Bloomingdale's is a Joke! First one I received was used! Still had coffee grinds in it. Second one I received was shipped in the product box itself, not put in another box, and arrived dirty and banged up like was tossed around in a warehouse. Serious doubts that it was not damaged from not being properly shipped. How do they think shipping this out without being properly packaged is okay? Seriously, Bloomingdale's? This, you think is proper service? You guys need to rethink your online business.
