We purchased this machine 30 months ago and it has already developed serious rust on the burner plate, notwithstanding we wipe down the machine after each use. At this price point under the delonghi banner, I would expect far better longevity. It spite of its shortcomings, the machine makes very good coffee. Can’t say much about the cold pour over, as we have not used that function.

Not for me
It does make a good cup of coffee, however it doesn’t stay warm for very long and there is no timer. It takes more time to brew (8 cups max). I did enjoy the taste and the look, however I am looking forward to another coffee pot.

Stopped working in less than a month
I was looking to get pour over coffee without the time spent to make it myself. I received on 19Dec, today 11Jan it does not work. Machine beeps when I plug it in, but the buttons are completely unresponsive. Very upsetting.

Breaks Easily
I’ve had mine for a little over a year and I just noticed the glass is broken and leaking. For such an expensive product, the glass carafe should be thicker…

Shipping depot issue
initial shipment, shattered one received so they replaced. Second shipment, received used one. Literally you can see water spots on the product. That’s it, I am returning it.
Getting used to it
Just replace my Keurig with this machine and took it out for it's maiden voyage. Too soon to totally evaluate but I do have a question. Is there a reusable filter that can be used?

Prepare to be Spoiled
This machine reinvents morning coffee. After using the Chemex for years and other 'pour over' methods, I didn't believe a coffee maker existed that would compare to the quality of the pour. The Golden Cup setting is my new, favored way to start my day. My only slightly negative comment would be...the machine makes a loud click in between cycles, which was surprising to hear, but over time the click goes unnoticed. Thank you Delonghi for snagging my attention and keeping it!

Decent Machine. Only Paper Filters Though!
Decent machine. Hard to get carafe in and out smoothly. Wish I had realized it ONLY TAKES PAPER FILTERS before I threw the box away. I reached out to the company for a return for this reason, but they said no because I didn't have the original packaging. Beware!
