MISSING PACKAGE
I ordered these shoes for my daughter and unfortunately they never arrived. I have a concierge who receives all of my packages and she confirmed that no package from Bloomingdale's was ever received. I contacted customer service and informed them of my missing package. They told me the shoes were sold out and I will be issued a refund. I never received that refund so I followed up, I was told that refund request was denied. Spending over $1,100 on an item I never received and being denied a refund or replacement is honestly robbery. I’m a loyal customer i e shopped with Bloomingdales frequently but this experience has been very disappointing I

I’ve seen these shoes at the store and in high end department store but wasn’t sure. I finally tried them on and glad I did!! So stylish and comfortable. You can wear them with anything. Generous toe box and laces are easy to adjust for comfort. Nice quality and reasonably priced

These sneakers are what I expected. They are comfortable but could have had a thicker insole because the front bottom of feet don't have enough cushion. I purchased the gold/white and wore them with a sweat suit the first time and loved the look. I'm sure I'll wear them with lots of other items.
