Wrong Item Sent Twice
I have been wanting these shoes in the sand color for months. However my size 41 is often sold out. The first time I purchased these I was given a size 40 in a 41 box. Now the second time I was sent the pink color instead of sand. Both times I’ve wanted to wear this with a specific dress to an event. How does Bloomingdale’s allow this? Do you not check your items before you send them out?

The Sales Associate KATIA in Beauty was simply 5-star AMAZING and exceptional. She is an asset to the business - she gave really good product advice and helpful style advice too, and she was patient and friendly while I considered several styles and options, and there was this time when she had gone on break or left the store, and she returned just to make sure I was okay. She really helped to make the purchase special. I am from London, UK and shopping in Bloomingdales was better than shopping in Selfridges because of the service I got from KATIA and also your lovely store layout. I love my new BV sandals, I am wearing them right now!! I also shopped at your Bobbi Brown counter, Kilian Perfumes and Byredo counters too. Then I went downstairs and met ‘TOM’ - really knowledgable guy in the Luggage department - and there I purchased 2 lovely large-size BRICS suitcases after some sound practical advice from Tom. They were delivered looking worn. This is the second time I've ordered a pair of shoes online from Bloomies that were delivered looking pre-worn. The bottom of the Bottega shoes were scuffed and the leather front of the shoe looked like areas were coming undone, rather than the neatly braided/woven look depicted. The color also looked a bit faded rather than the gorgeous light pink pictured. I was bummed. They were however, a fantastic height, and fairly comfortable. I think a fresh pair could be nice, however they ended up being a bit too informal for what I was looking for.
