Fake Bag Beware
I received this bag. When i opened the box a very strong musty smell filled the air. This bag was thrown into a clear plastic bag, had no tag, no duster, no filler as the bag was flat and did not come in a Bottega box. It had no Gold certification that it was real from Bottega and had a Chinese booklet inside. I immediately called Bloomingdales online to let them know I had received a fake bag and i drove to return it. I went through the other reviews and saw two other people posted they received a fake bag. Unacceptable for Bloomingdales to let this continue. No quality control, no alarms in sending out a $4,700 bag with no box, tags etc… I am a loyalist, Top of the List Unlocked and I have no trust in Bloomingdales. Still waiting for a resolution as returning the bag is not enough

Timeless, luxurious bag.
This is a timeless, luxurious bag that is firmly cemented as a new classic. The quality and touch of the lambskin leather is second to none. I waited over a year to make this large purchase but am glad I finally made the decision.

A worthwhile investment
This is a beautiful bag. The perfect balance of structure and softness, so you can fit more in it but it does not look sloppy or slouchy. Excellent quality and the Bordeaux color is a perfect modern neutral.

Missing Dust Bag
While this is a beautiful, well made, gorgeous leather bag, I have returned it. Bloomingdale’s ships it out so poorly wrapped in plastic with no dust bag included. I reached out to request the dust bag, but was told that’s not possible. I am a loyal Bloomies shopper, but will be buying Bottega bags elsewhere.FYI… “NM” does a beautiful job shipping them, first encased in its dust bag, and then nicely wrapped up.

BEWARE!!!
I am very disappointed and annoyed that I have actually received a FAKE bag. How does this even happen at Bloomingdale’s??? I literally cannot believe the times have come to this
