Disappointment

Received the wrong bag, instead of a large Pinacoteca that I paid $4900 plus tax, received a small one for $4400. Also, the wrong bag arrived wrapped in plastic bag and only had a Bloomingdale’s price tag on it. There was no Bottega original box, duster bag, and any Bottega paperwork/tag included. The return process was a nightmare, I decided to return in the store customer service department and they wouldn’t take, told me to find a store that has Bottega boutique inside. Finally I called Bloomies and they told me to ship it back via UPS. I would never order an expensive bag from Bloomies app. Such a disrespect for the customers! No quality control when shipping expensive merchandise… unacceptable.
