Bottega andiamo

The packaging was extremely disappointing for a $6,000 purchase. There was no box at all, just a thin plastic bag. For a luxury item at this price point, this is unacceptable. Even worse, no signature was required upon delivery. UPS simply left the package on my porch. For a high-value item, this is a serious security concern. The return process has also been frustrating. It is taking an unreasonably long time, and I still have not received my refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and standards for a luxury purchase.

Soft like butter

I have a bag problem, as in I have way more bags than is practical. This is not my most expensive bag, but it is one of the most luxurious. I think I gasped when I took it out of the dustbag. It is absolutely delicious in the silky chocolate brown leather.
