terrible customer service

terrible customer service. you call to ask about price adjustment because you find the same exact shoe 60% they answer you about different subject. good to know bloomingdale doesn’t give price adjustment

Special and spectacular

The super soft leather boot fits incredibly and the gold knot detailed heel is so special. I was worried the heel would be uncomfortable or hard to wear but it’s not at all! It’s a really fun boot - simple with a little something extra.
