Disappointed

Extremely poorly packaged item thrown in the shipping box in a plastic bag without dust bag or protective box. Moreover bag came with tag sticker showing sale price of $2850 and Bloomingdales wouldn’t honor it. Immediate return. Bag was all matted and ruined due to poor packaging during shipment.

Great Vanity Crossbody bag 💗💗

I LOVE 💗 this bag 🩷🩷 - the zipper is a little stiff not a deal breaker or problematic…. I purchased the bag in black thinking of getting another color.. Great bag if you decide to purchase you will not be disappointed- also I ordered the Bang Bang online & the bag was shipped from a local California store & I did receive a dust bag..

missing dust bag

this is a beautiful, well made bag that I am returning because Bloomingdale’s doesn’t include the dust bag that should come with it. I will purchase it elsewhere.

Missing dust bag

While this is a cute, well made, gorgeous leather bag, I am returning it. Bloomingdales ships it out so poorly wrapped in plastic with no dust bag included. I am a loyal Bloomies shopper but will be buying Bottega bags elsewhere.
