Looked great on hanger

The fit and fabric are unflattering. The dress is very big on top and very small below the waist.I am 5’5” and weigh 125 lbs. The size 4 fit but was too tight in hips and the size 6 was way too large. The fabric is poor quality for the dress and was all wrinkled.
