Far exceeded expectations

The sound quality is terrific. The noise cancellation is outstanding. The comfort is excellent.

Overpriced junk

These were definitely not worth the price at all. Constant connection issues. The sound quality was just ok. The bass was not deep at all. The call volume was extremely low! The only good feature in my opinion was the noise cancellation. Definitely, definitely disappointed. In the process of returning and going back to Beats Pro earbuds, which happen to be cheaper and have way better sound quality!

Great sound but bad white noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these ear buds as a gift. They have exceptional sound quality and the fit is very firm and very comfortable. I work in the trades and do a lot of twisting and turnning on my side and even upside down in crawlspaces. All of the brands i have tried in the past tend to fall out. These have yet to fall out. I will say, these do not have the ability to lower the volume down far enough, and when down all the way there us an annoying white noise like when there is no song paying on any radio and the volume is turned all the way up.

What you are hearing is the noise floor, something which is present in all speakers. The reason you are hearing it when you have no audio playing is because the active noise cancellation is working well! It's suppressing external sounds so you're going to only hear the sound of the speakers in the buds. This is normal behavior, and nothing to be concerned about. Jeff - Customer Support

Great product can’t fault it

Great pair of noise cancelling headphones. I’ve always bought both products. This being their current top of the range gives excellent sound reproduction battery life is good and it charges in the case as well.

Great sound quality ease to use…

I found them very comfortable and easy to use . Sound quality is excellent . Different modes available are easy to switch between .I use them for work and my gym every day .Sound quality excellent.One feedback to Bose- Do a training session once customer receives the product .Fit excellent.Would definitely recommend it..
