Disappointed not soft

We ordered these towels thinking they are super soft and all the other characteristics. My skin is paper thin and I need something plush and soft and fluff yet absorbent. These did not look or feel that way when box opened. We returned it to find 100% Egyptian cotton towels. The packaging was beautiful.
