Love this! Great Great Pillow.

I bought this for my guest room originally. After bringing it came though and I felt it I decided to keep it for myself! I bought the soft and the firm pillow. I like the soft when I sleep because I am a stomach sleeper and I like the firm for when im up reading.

Don't buy

I brought these pillows three months ago and they don't live up to the down quality expected at ALL! I purchased the medium density and the soft density and they both did not live up to my expectations. Left highly disappointed that only after a few months they felt super flat and did not feel like I was sleeping on a down pillow. Luckily I found a super helpful and sweet sales associate in store that helped me with returning these and exchanging them for a better quality down pillow.

Lost its density

I bought this pillow 6 months ago and it was comfortable as expected.By the 4th month it started to lose its density. By 6 months the medium density felt like soft density. I called Bloomingdales, but there are no refunds/credits after 90 days.

Customer service is terrible

This hasn’t arrived but it’s going back. I didn’t see the sale and ordered $488 worth of stuff instead of $500 which would have gotten me an extra 5% off. I called customer service and explained I wanted to order something else and they told me to beat it. I told them how silly, I could order the items again and add more things and get the discount but they didn’t understand. I mean I got free shipping I could make another order and send back the first batch of Stuff. But I feel like Bloomingdales doesn’t really want my $500 so I’ll return this stuff and buy pillows elsewhere

not enough fluff

I purchased this pillow in 'Soft' when it was on sale (half price). It was too soft so I called customer service. I wanted to exchange it for 'Medium' fluff but was told by customer service that I could not do that. He said that I had to return this one then buy the Medium one but it is no longer on sale. I was surprised they would not give me the sale price and let me exchange it. Most stores will give you the sale price on an exchange like this.
