Bad quality

I wanted to love this bracelet but the quality is horrible. I’ve gotten it fixed 3 times already, it just keeps breaking. Love the look, but again the quality is terrible.

I’m honestly confused how this bracelet has gone up in price when the quality is this bad. The bracelet is extremely flimsy, to the point where it literally breaks with minimal handling. I had to get it repaired three separate times before finally giving up and putting it away because it’s just not worth the hassle anymore. What’s even more frustrating is that this clearly isn’t a one-time issue, yet the product is still being sold, and now at a higher price. That doesn’t make sense. Customer service did offer a $50 gift card after ongoing issues, but even that process was inconvenient since they only send physical cards by mail, which adds unnecessary delays. At the end of the day, I didn’t buy a bracelet to keep repairing it or to replace it with a gift card. I expected a product that could actually hold up with normal wear. For the price, this is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend purchasing. Don’t do it. As you can see in the photo below, it has the original price.

Not worth the money. Flimsy and unimpressed . Not sure its worth time to return it.

Would not recommend

Per the other reviews this bracelet broke within a few months of me buying it. I have had it repaired 6-7 times and the last time it broke I landed up losing it. While I loved the dainty look of it, I would rather find a better product

Just poor quality product

Bracelet broke barely 2 months after purchasing it. Was told by the store that I would have to pay for repair. What??? Won't buy from them again.

Horrible quality

I have had to repair this bracelet at least 6 times already in a year or less. The quality for the money is not worth it! I wish I could get my money back!
