Very disappointing!

Unfortunately I missed the return window due to family illness. This is yellow and has a giant carbon spot that I can see without a loop. There’s no way it’s an E or F / VS. It looks dirty and doesn’t sparkle despite the very faceted cushion cut. I wasted a lot of money on this. I’m disappointed in Bloomingdale’s for not delivering what they advertised.
