this ring stinks

the ring is beautiful but not hardy. i’ve worn it for 3 days. mostly sat around at a volleyball tournament. one stone is already missing

Beware

I bought myself this ring for my 45th birthday. Today I realized one of the stones was missing. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. This was an expensive piece of jewelry that was clearly cheaply made. I’m so frustrated with the response. Bloomingdale’s just lost a long time customer. Be better Bloomingdales.
