Extremely dissapointed
First off, the necklace itself is just ok (I also bought the drop earrings that match). It's definitely not as transparent as the pictures seem, I think the gems also came scratched. Not a great start. The real kicker for me was that this set (for which I got on sale, still for a ton of money) that is allegedly sold for $30K MSRP comes with ZERO documentation, paperwork, or certificates of authenticity. The only paper included is the receipt. For a large organization such as Bloomingdale's to not provide any documentation vouching for the quality or legitimacy of their gems is shameful. Anybody who has purchased fine jewelry knows that even small $100 purchases of gems include a certificate. I have been trying to get in touch with folks to see if anything can be done, though my expectations are about as low as they could be at this point. I will update this review if things change, but I will likely be returning (and never purchasing anything of value from Bloomingdales again).
