HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I got this bracelet for $5301 tax in the Friends/Family sale and was SO excited, but I was dismayed to see that ALL the pear stones were facing one way. In the website/app image, the pear stones are alternating directions. I asked Bloomingdale’s to send me a replacement and if I could get a discount if the replacement ended up the same as the 1st one, which would mean the website image was WRONG. I spoke to a supervisor named Ivan and he assured me if it was also defective, that could be arranged. Well, I got my 2nd one in the mail and sure enough the pear stones were all wrong. This time I spoke to the meanest SOB named Alex— he refused to give me a discount for keeping the item since they’re all the same and wouldn’t give me more than a $150 gift card — that’s 0.03% of the bracelet’s price!! ~$6000 is TOO MUCH TO PAY FOR A DEFECTIVE BRACELET, HALF THE STONES ARE DEFECTIVE. I will NEVER buy jewelry from them again. SHAME ON THEM FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT VALUING THEIR LOYALISTS.
