Great product but disappointing packaging

Bought this as a gift and love the item- came in terrible packaging. The necklace came very tangled and literally took me more than an hour plus help from another friend to untangle it- I don't just mean few tangles, it came as a ball... Since the chain was very thin, it was extra difficult to untangle- I would not expect a necklace to come as a ball of tangles, especially given that it's fine jewelry.
