Very poor service

I ordered this item twice. Item #1 looked like it was made of glue paste, low quality stones. I gave grace given it was purchased during the holiday rush and perhaps they had diminished quality control. Returned it, ordered #2, better quality stones but didn’t lay correctly and flipped due to a kink. Bloomingdale’s sent me a replacement in the following condition, knotted and kinked and absolutely unable to lay correctly. One of the knots had to be formed when the necklace was unclamped, reflecting they have very low regard for their customers. This has been a very disappointing experience. I wish I could attach a photo of the shipping conditions and knots.

Beautiful necklace, sub-par ordering experience!

I was interested in purchasing this necklace for a second time, but in the yellow gold. I called Bloomies, Mosaic and the sales associate was polite and very accommodating throughout the transaction over the phone. After the order was completed I went to my emails to see the sale confirmation and to my surprise, the white gold necklace was ordered, NOT the yellow gold! I called back the same associate who became somewhat belligerent with me… telling me that I wanted “the SAME” necklace. I agreed with her BUT I had told her the same necklace, but in YELLOW GOLD. She put me on hold and when she returned, she said that the necklace in gold was SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE! I hung up with her, very frustrated but smart enough to check on line. The necklace in yellow gold was not only available, but easily ordered and I received it yesterday! (A+ for shipping time… took 2 days door to door!) I am disappointed that a sales associate would outright lie to a customer.. surprising for a store like Bloomingdale’s! I am not normally giving bad reviews on line, but this jewelry department associate needs to be sat down and spoken to! I will be going back the the Bloomingdale’s in Tyson’s Corner to return the white gold necklace, where I have found their fine jewelry associated HONEST and accommodating! Thanks for listening!

Beautiful … but …

I can’t get this necklace to lay sparkly side up - constantly turns. Had friends help me to no avail. Maybe just the nature of the beast. Every time I move it turns to non diamond side. I’m affraid I have to return it. Note: could be user error or boney neck.
