Nice necklace poor service

This is a nice necklace. It sparkles and is beautiful. I would like to see a little higher quality diamonds though. My issue is with Bloomingdales. You would think that spending $10k on jewelry would at least get you a certificate of authenticity and a gift wrapping for Christmas but I received neither even when asked. Do better Bloomingdales.
