Poor quality

Pearl fell off after 5 months of use. Customer service would only give me 10% refund for my purchase since apparently there is no warranty on their own jewelry!

Earrings sadly were not what was expected

I received them today when I returned from a trip and sadly they need to be returned the size of the one set was not identified and they were tiny. The second pair had a very thin post and tiny back which didn't hold the earring up on my ear lobe. Unfortunately, they need to be returned and there is not a store convenient to me. what is the best way to safely return these items?
