Beautiful but already lost a pearl
Love this ring - it is stunning. But after barely a month of owning it, it’s already lost a pearl. I’ll be contacting Bloomingdales to replace or fix my ring.
UPDATE: Beautiful piece but the design is flawed and my ring was rendered defective. I had this ring for less than a month and two pearls fell off. Bloomingdales repaired it (which took 3 months..), I picked it up and just a few weeks later another pearl fell off. I took this ring to my independent jeweller to see if he could fix the ring as I didn’t want to wait another 3 months for Bloomingdales to repair it. He wouldn’t touch this ring - the prongs holding the pearls in place are too short to support the pearls and they’ll continue to pop off. Currently waiting for corporate to record this situation as the 3 month delay in getting my ring fixed means I’m now past the return period.
