Certificate Scam at the Store
Bracelet itself was beautiful but to get the certificate paperwork was a dogfight. They only have one certificate in the whole store assigned to one bracelet on display. Went to the store to pick it up in person, sales rep named “Alla” wouldn’t budge and only gave it after I pressed her and wouldn’t leave. Made me do an exchange for the same item as if she “sold” it but didn’t bc I bought it online a week before. What a total scam! Never again.
