poor quality and disappointing customer service

Received this as a gift. The bracelet didn't fit and seemed of poor quality. When I reached out to customer service for an exchange, I apparently has missed the return window (which is difficult to track when an item is received as a gift); they refused to accommodate the exchange in any way. I expected better customer service from Bloomingdales, but it seems like those expectations are outdated.

So cute

Lovely find!

I was drawn to this bracelet. Then I read the reviews and hesitated based on a few. I am glad I went with my instincts. This is a delicate piece but nothing to lose sleep over. The nugget is the same color as the chain, no worries. It is so very pretty -- great in a stack or alone to make a simple, elegant statement.

Chain Bracelet fears

I purchased a few days ago and the chain appears terribly fragile and not the consistency of appearance in the advertised pictorial. I did even wear it..I was fearful of breaking it!
