Worst Buying Experience EVER

Had to hire a third-party delivery service since they wouldn't deliver to my address. Twice Bloomingdales didn't show up with my sofa when the delivery was scheduled, and I couldn't hire movers to forward again since I cancelled twice with no notice. They offered no explanation or help in delivery, wouldn't call me back when they promised they would. I had to cancel my order after waiting 6 months for my sofa. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Decent, good deal on sale

I bought this sofa about 6 mo ago in the color "parchment," which is a soft, neutral beige. The sofa has a pretty shape (as pictured) and the velvet fabric is nice and soft but there were a lot of stray threads to cut down. Over time, I've found the cushions to be on the firm side and a bit uncomfortable for lounging. It does vacuum nicely and spots are easy to clean with a damp rag. My sofa was delivered by Macy's - not Bloomingdales; they are the same company but it might throw some people off. All in all, I'm not sorry I bought this piece but I wouldn't buy it again.

Fantastico!

I bought this sofa in velvet Teal color and love it. It is like a jewel with varying highlighting of the color depending on the light. I was told it was English country style but I find it very modern with the sleek lines. It is 86 inches and perfect height for my windows. Most importantly, the quality is superb, particularly the seat cushions which have feathering over the foam which is the key to having a very comfortable seat.
