Expensive but supportive

Super comfortable and fit true to size. I wear a 38 in all my other Birkenstocks (and 7.5 - 8 in other shoes), and the 38 fit perfectly. Great support that you'd expect from this brand.

High quality, but more like a shoe than a slipper

These slippers are very well made, but the sole is fairly stiff - more like a shoe - and they do have the formed Birkenstock footbed which just hit at the wrong places for my feet. They are definitely a clog - there is less height in the back than I'd expected from the photos - so they slip on, and off, very easily.

Lousy shopping experience! Lazy mistake!

They sent me the correct box for the shoes I ordered, but inside was the wrong shoe in the wrong size. Very disappointed! And I sent them back, and was told they would send the correct shoe, but there’s zero updates on when it will be shipped.
