Nice shoes-but incorrect order

I tried one shoe on and it was as fashionable as it looked online, was super comfortable and appeared well made. Unfortunately, I received two left shoes and had to return the order.

Too big

Cute and stylish for a Birkenstock. However, they are very loose. I normally wear a 7 in flat shoes. 8 in heels. So I ordered the 7-8. Even at the tightest hole in the belt, these are flying off my feet. I don’t think sizing down would help as the length is actually perfect.
