I bought last Christmas but never used it till a few months ago. Only used about 5-6 times and the lid snaps broke! Stay away. Too expensive for the amount of times it has been used

I bought this a few months ago and the seal would close after washing, and just a few min ago I tried again and the plastic fixture holding the wig on broke. I got a few usages out of it.

mold in lid
This lunch box is very difficult to clean.the lid has mold and I have tried bleach and many soaps and scrubbed throughly. It will not go away. Keep in mind we thoroughly wash it as soon as it comes home from school and the mold appeared while being stored for vacation.

Replacement parts after warranty.
Agree with others here. Great product until lid breaks. Warranty is all good if it happens in the 2 year period. But how do you get a replacement lid after the 2 years. Don’t want to throw it away when everything is still good. Make replacement lids for those of us who still use after 2 years.

Really love everything about it, except the lid broke. After reading the other reviews seems like this is a common flaw. A replacement lid should be an option.

Lid is broken :(
I attempted to post a review last night, and I'm not sure it was processed. I absolutely love my salad bowl. The bowl itself is roomy for my veggies, and I appreciate the compartment for my salad essentials. However, the lid, the lid, the LID is broken. Educator here . . . if you know, you know. In a perfect world, I could simply reorder or receive a replacement lid. #SOS

Lunchbox to the rescue
I work with alot of people and one mini fridge to cram our lunches into. This lunchbox allows me to skip the fridge drama because i can keep it on my desk til lunch.
