Unusual back

I bought this shirt but ended up returning it once I tried it on at home. Because of the pleat in back I thought it had a weird fit. If you wear it outside your pant it doesn't lay flat and if you tuck it into your pants it just poufs out funny. If they had constructed it with a different type of pleat it would have been great. Maybe this back pleat would be fine for some people but it bothered me.
