Color washed out

Absolutely loved this shirt, wore it once and received endless compliments. I was already planning on buying several more. The next day I washed it hand wash as directed and also put it in a mesh garment bag. When I took it out of the washer all of the color was gone from under the arms entirely. Just horrible black and silver patches. Praying it isn’t too late for a refund
