Disappointed

I ordered the dress. It clearly stated that the delivery ETA would be 3 to 6 days. It took 12 DAYS!! It was several days between ordering and getting a tracking number, the finally a tracking number! It turns out it needed to come across country by truck. Bloomingdales unwilling to expedite the order. It’s a special occasion dress. IT MISSED THE OCCASION!! Maybe a nice dress. I’ll never know, because it will be returned ASAP- since I no longer have any need for it. DISAPPOINTING!!!
