Disappointed

The bed is sagging. The 2nd time, same issue. I was told by Bloomingdales representative per report of the technician Hilario that the issue is because of the box spring. I did purchase the same brand box spring (beautyrest) this time, same problem, didn't help at all. I even mentioned that, we have rotated the mattress and at one point placed on the floor. It is really sagging and lopsided. They are sending another "mattress technician", we'll wait now what would be recommended. I only hope the issue will be resolved. My son is having back pain because of it, so much discomfort. For the price and coming from a reputable brand, very dissatisfied.

Disappointed

I have complained the first it was delivered as it sagged right away. It was replaced but it's sagging again within the 3 months Very disappointed. I just dont have time to be in a long conversation over the phone to discuss this issue with Bloomingdale's customer service. I thought purchasing a name brand product would nit get me the hassle. To think they are pricey.
