Received wrong item
Why is the item listed as "pave" and shows crystals in the picture yet I receive solid gold earrings? Very disappointed!

Ok, here’s the deal with these the Pave crystals hearts it has the same UPC code as the gold hearts so this is why we continue to get the the wrong item!! Whoever is picking the order if they’re not really paying attention then you’re going to automatically get those solid gold hearts.. I really hope they get this straightened out because the crystal hearts are gorgeous! I’ve talked to customer service many times about this and they’re sending me a second pair which I have a feeling I’ll probably get the wrong ones but hopefully they will be paying attention this time! Definitely if you have a Bloomingdale’s by you- go to the store and instead of ordering online.
Unsatisfying experience
Received the wrong product. Trrrible customer service. Received conflicting emails from customer service. Ultimately didn’t get what I ordered and money was refunded. Did not receive the level of service expected from Bloomingdale’s. I’ve gotten better help from Target.
Fun Earrings
These earrings are fun, unusual and comfortable. I have had so many complements on them.
