USED SHOE !!
They delivered a size 9 to my house brand new it didn’t fit me so I ordered a size 7 for pick up I picked the shoes and they were used and worn the box looked old like it was sitting in a closet for years it had no dust bag or card with it the size 7 at lil black marks around it as if it was worn outside !!

The comfort level is very high & good. This is my third pairs of the same style however the other two pairs were men fitted. They are very comfortable, durable & easy to clean. This newly pair is a little tight and not wider as the others but I assume after few wears it will loose. I love it!

Disappointed and lost confidence in store
I was really excited for this order to arrive, but the experience ended up being extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual Women’s size, and all of the reviews stated the shoes run true to size. Unfortunately, what I received was significantly larger and fit more like Men’s sizing, almost double my actual size. I contacted customer support to request an exchange, but the confusing part is that both the shoe and the box were labeled with the correct size I ordered. I pointed this out to the representative, and he suggested it may have been from a bad batch, which was unclear and came across as dismissive. Since the item was already sold out, I wasn’t able to exchange it at all. Between receiving the wrong fit despite correct labeling and being told it was essentially a production issue, this experience has really shaken my confidence in the store and its quality control.
