DONT BUY BALENCIAGA FROM BLOOMINGDALES

I bought the light grey and returned as my I changed my mind. First, took it to my local Balenciaga boutique following Bloomingdale's fine print. They couldn't process the return so I went back and picked it up, printed out the Bloomingdale's' return shipping label and it went back to Balenciaga's warehouse. It's been sitting there logged in for weeks. When you call Bloomingdale's, they'll tell you they don't have access to the system to process the return and to call Balenciaga. When you call Balenciaga, they'll tell they don't have access to the system to process the return and to call Bloomingdale's. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. That's the only way you'll get a refund if you change your mind on this bag.

Balenciaga worst company

They will acuse you of damaging the item. Bloomingdale’s stands behind company and not the client.
