I purchased these heels for an event this weekend. They arrived today in a used box a the shoes were USED and WORN, not new at all!!! I provided pictures and the Mercedes, the woman I spoke with on the phone offered me 30% off of the purchase price. I need these shoes for this weekend, otherwise they would have been returned!!! I asked for 50% (should be more for all of this trouble honestly) off of my purchase price because this is wry disappointing to me to receive an USED/WORN pair of shoes when they were supposed to be brand new and she said no. This is the first and last time I will ever shop at this store and I will be sure to let everyone know about my experience. Bloomingdale’s should be ashamed to send a product out like this. I will be leaving a review with photos!! Absolutely horrible experience! Bloomingdale’s should be embarrassed!

I love these shoes!

I absolutely love these shoes. I got them in black but I would love to have them in white, too. I saw a pair of designer shoes I loved for $985 and googled the photo - I found these. Very high quality - great designer with long standing reputation - and the price was very reasonable for this level and look of shoes. And comfortable!
