Never arrived, customer service told me it’s not their problem and I should file a complaint with UPS.

Bloomingdale’s Scam

This is more for the company Bloomingdale’s itself than for this actual chair / recliner. This went on sale and was marked way down back in June so I quickly purchased it and jumped on it. Lo and behold, I received an email weeks later telling me they wouldn’t be able to complete my order without an explanation. I know they have stock of this chair since it clearly states it’s currently in stock so I’m not sure why they didn’t honor the price that was posted and paid for on their site. I was super disappointed with the whole interaction and still have no reason as to why my order was outright cancelled. Huge letdown.
