Diasppointing

Tried a full Augustinus Bader routine, including cleanser, essence, cream for well over a year. The whole experience was very disappointing including the Rich Cream. The Rich Cream was lighter in texture than say the original La Mer cream, it was not a ‘rich’ texture. But it somehow still did not sink into the skin. It felt oily, and did nothing for renewing or healing the skin as it claims to. Don’t really understand the hype.

So expensive but unfortunately, worth it.

I have been eyeing this up for a while and having tried samples, went for it. I have quite dehydrated skin and wanted the nourishment for my skin and help over the winter with hydration. So far, a few weeks in, I am impressed. My skin isn't overly greasy which can happen with some rich creams, but those tiny fine dehydration lines are still there but possibly fewer of them? also I like that you need a small amount so it goes along way.

The best face cream

I’ve been using The Rich Cream for a few weeks now, and it’s definitely a luxury experience from start to finish. The texture feels beautifully rich and comforting without being greasy, and my skin looks more hydrated and plump in the morning. I also love that it’s fragrance-free and layers well under makeup.

Lived up to the brand hype

I've been using a sample of this along with the serum at night and I think my skin definitely feels smoother and more hydrated. I've got dry sensitive skin and haven't had any issues with this cream so that's also a positive. I think I need to keep using for a while to see real results before I committed to a full price size.
