Extremely disappointed in Bloomingdales. I received completely used and worn boots. They included a Tory Burch dust bag as well as TB tissue paper in the box. The return receipt was in the box. The leather has dents in it, the inside sole was bunched up, the ankle strap was moved and you can see where the buckle wore in. I was offered $20.00 to rectify as the boots are now sold out in my size.
