Terribly constructed

This dress fit beautifully and looked great. But when I wore it, it shed fabric everywhere. It was all over the house, anytime I moved, pieces of fabric would fall off. Additionally- when I pulled the dress up, it ripped down the middle. (I’m not large and that experience has never happened before!). It was very flimsily made, despite looking pretty.
