Cute.. but arms are tight

I love this unique blazer!! It is so me!! ..However I do need to it return for the next size up which is sold out. Arms run tight. Wondering if I can have it altered. I would be sad to return it but....

Beautiful and yet way too small

This jacket is pretty and love an inspiring design on it, but it runs way too small. I believe, no matter what size you pick it would be almost impossible to close it unless you are super thin. I wear all jackets large and with comfort, but this one is so tight around shoulders and arms. No way to close it, which isn’t a big deal. It’s too bad the sizing is off. I might try XL but I hope sleeves won’t be too long.
