Very cute shoe, and pretty comfortable considering its height, however one of the straps broke on me during my 2nd wear. I didn’t walk all that much in these when they broke - I was at work in an office, sitting at my cube most of the day. When I originally purchased these, they weren’t many reviews as I see now noting that the strap broke. Contacted Customer Service and will be sending back for a refund.

Disappointment
These are so cute and were perfect for an outfit i wore for a wedding. However, not only was this the first (and only) time i got to wear them, not one, but both inner straps broke within ~2 hours of wearing them. i barely wore them, mind you, just a few short walks to and from the car before feeling a looseness on my right ankle. Then i checked the other and it was hanging on by a literal thread. Thank you to the team at my local Bloomies for making an exception and accepting the return. Fun fact - hotels have sewing kits; get your man to stitch it up and it can tolerate the evening lol. paper clips work too! based on other reviews this was probably just a bad batch, but for the sake of avoiding the risk of this happening again, i will

Gorgeous
The shoes are gorgeous. I saw them on display and immediately wanted to try them on. Didn’t know who the designer was and was very surprised to learn they are by Aqua. They fit TTS. Very light, very easy to walk in, can’t feel the height or the platform. I bought the darker ones but will be buying the lighter colored ones, too.
