Very pretty but runs small

I understand the nightgown is mini, so when I lean over or lay down it does go up a bit. But I'm 5'2" and the small is cut very high under the arms. I'm not sure that a medium would've fit better, but it is a little uncomfortable, especially for sleep. It's not unbearable for me, but might be for others who need more space or don't like to feel constricted.
