Gorgeous

Absolutely love this charming velvet top. Purchased in store. So pretty. Low neckline but not too low, buttons at the sleeve and has cute, removable bow tie pins. I purchased the XS. I’m 5’4”, 120 lbs and a 34B for reference. Looks amazing with a fitted skirt or dress pants and heels. Perfect for the holidays. Love!
