Nice dress but bizarre cut

I own a lot of Aqua dresses (at least 10) and usually wear a small. I ordered a medium in this dress because the small was out of stock. It was so tight across the chest that I couldn't even button it. I'm a 34C and never have had this issue with Aqua clothing. This is definitely getting returned, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wasn't an A-cup.

Love this dress

Fits well, doesn't need a slip, doesn't hold wrinkles for long. Have gotten a compliment on it each time I've worn it. Bonus: made in the USA.
