Pretty but too tight in the torso

I bought this in the Navy color and am going to have to return it. As at least one other reviewer said, it is tight in the torso. I bought a Small and this felt tight on my small torso (32 inch bra band). Also, the dress arrived looking linty, as somebody else mentioned. Too bad because it is a pretty dress.

Beautiful cut but runs very small. The notch in the collar line was way too low on me (I'm 5'2").

Gorgeous but runs small

This dress is gorgeous but runs small. I am a 32 bust and a Small was too small around the ribs. I would buy it again in a medium if they had it. The pleating around the waist is very flattering and the styling is fun-ctional for a luncheon or stylish day of errands. Material makes it casual day dress.

Really wanted to like this dress!

Flattering and comfy with pockets! Only gave it 4 stars because the material is very heavy and stiff and worn. Maybe a color other than navy would be better.
