Best Dress I bought this summer!
The lilac shade is so pretty and feminine. Love love love this dress and it's adorable style. The fit is tight around the waist and then quite roomy at the bust. I'd still recommend sizing u for sure.

Beautiful dress, fit a bit off
This dress is really beautiful, i got it on sale and it was definitely worth the sale price. The reason there are so many mixed reviews on the sizing is for the following reasons: the waist band runs SMALL, I tried this on in both the XS and S. I'm a size 0 and the small waist was tight and I felt very little difference between the S and XS in the waist. HOWEVER the bust fits true to size and is even maybe sized large. In summary if you have a fuller busy and tiny waist this dress would be perfect for you. Otherwise a bit of tailoring will hopefully do the trick. It's pretty and unique.

Very cute dress!
I think the dress is super cute! I find it interesting that most people think it runs small, I think it runs a bit large... especially in the bust area. I felt there was a bit too much room up top. Overall the dress is very pretty though!

Cute dress, too big
I followed other reviewers to size up in this dress, but I found it ran true to size. Therefore it was too large on me. Other than that I found the dress was great quality.

sweet and sexy
I'd say this dress fits true to size. I am a 6/8 and the medium fit fine. I am a bit bustier so the straps needed to be tightened all the way. I would criticize the straps, they are stretchy bra material and they fasten towards the front of the dress. Otherwise, I couldn't pass this up for the sale price!

Buy one size up
I got this dress in a small, which is what I always wear. Its very snug. There isn't a Bloomingdales in my area, so I've contemplated returning it or trying to lose 5 lbs which I need to do anyway. If you're buying it, definitely size up. the waist is smaller than normal. Other than that, the dress is adorable and great quality.

GORGEOUS, but runs SMALL
This dress truly is stunning, but please please beware--runs VERY SMALL. I am normally a L/XL and the only reason this dress worked for me is because I have a smaller waist (can fit a medium) and this dress flares out instead of fitting like a sheath. This dress fits like a glove on me, and I am so happy I took a chance on it! Truly beautiful, but definitely size up!
