Fun Dress, but runs VERY Small

I ordered this dress along w/ a few other aqua dresses for a potential party dress. The other two fit perfectly, but this one was EXTREMELY tight and wouldn't zip. No give and the top portion tends to fold down which makes the dress look less desirable. Great for very slim figures only!
